Chocolate Lovers Workshop

Philadelphia Fair Food Project
Saturday, January 26th, 10am

Just in time for Valentines Day! Robert Bennett, former pastry chef at Le Bec Fin and owner of the new Miel Patisserie in Cherry Hill, will demonstrate various chocolate confections such as truffles, mousse & meringues, as well as decorating and candy-making techniques, including chocolate bowls, fans, ribbons and bows.
