Unconstitutional: The War on Our Civil Liberties, is the third in a series of Public Interest Pictures films that follows Unprecedented: The 2000 Presidential Election and Uncovered: The War on Iraq. Unconstitutional explores how the Patriot Act has taken away checks on law enforcement and continues to endanger the civil liberties of all Americans.
David Kairys is a James E. Beasley Professor of Law at Temple Univ. He is a nationally recognized civil rights lawyer and edited one of the leading progressive critiques of law and the legal system, The Politics of Law (1998).
Sunday Night Film Series Reservations
Reservations for optional dinner (5:30pm) or Free film showing (6:30pm) are highly recommended as seating is limited. (Preferential seating given to those dining; remaining seats available to those with reservation for film only.) Discussion will follow film.
