With a nod to the Pennsylvania Dutch mid-winter observance of Ground Hog Day, our guest host and speaker William Woys Weaver (well-known author, food historian, and Contributing Editor for GOURMET) will lead you through a “Dutch Sampler” dinner based on a tasting of some of the classical dishes of Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, which is above all else regional and seasonal, so look for hearty mid-winter fare. $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
