Join Executive Chef Andrew Brown, along with members from Slow Food Philadelphia, as he prepares a delicious three-course meal featuring a wide variety of dishes highlighting sustainable seafood.

After dinner we will be joined by Valerie Craig, a Senior Project Manager with Seafood Choices Alliance, who manages the annual Seafood Summit and the publication of Sourcing Seafood: A Professional’s Guide to Procuring Ocean-friendly Fish and Shellfish. Valerie will share a brief presentation on sustainable fisheries.

$50/person ($40/ Slow Food members) includes 3-course dinner, tax and gratuity.
