Table Talk The Middle East Beyond Violence Monday, February 25, 6pm with Nubar Hovsepian. Hovsepian, Associate Director of the Middle East Center at the University of Pennsylvania, has been writing and lecturing about Middle Eastern affairs for more than 25 years. As a journalist he covered the war in Lebanon and as a columnist, both in the US and the Arab world, he has been astutely aware of the changing tempos of grassroot politics in the Arab world. He served as a senior Political Affairs Officer in the United Nations for the International Conference on the Question of Palestine, which formulated the two-state solution - the international consensus for the desired solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. He will talk of the hope, the dream and the challenges in seeking peace. * * * * * * * Table Talk Reservations Table Talks at 6pm include a three course dinner, followed by speaker and discussion from 7:30-9pm. $30 per person, includes tax and gratuity.
