Dedicated to providing performing & visual arts accessible to Camden and surrounding communities, the Walt Whitman Center will host us in their Gallery, showcasing a traditional African Sculpture Collection. There, we will dine on a Soul-Food Buffet prepared by our Camden “Sister” Restaurant, Corrine’s Place.
After dinner, we will take our seats in the Center for a performance by jazz trumpeter Jafar Baron with his trio. Baron mixes Jazz, Hip-Hop and Funk in his original music and has played on both Jill Scott and Eryka Badu’s debut albums.
