16th Annual Mural Arts Tour by Trolley Saturday, March 5, 2005, 9am 9am: Breakfast of coffee and muffins at the White Dog Cafe. 9:30am: 2-hr. tour by trolley of outstanding wall murals. 11:30am: Lunch at the White Dog Cafe and discussion with Jane Golden, Artistic Director of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, on the importance of murals to both community pride and development. $40 by trolley includes muffins & coffee, lunch, tax & tip, tour and contribution to the Mural Arts Program.
