The Metropolitan Phila Policy Center was formed in 2000 as a collaborative effort of 10,000 Friends of PA, The PA Economy League, and The Reinvestment Fund. It aims to help residents of the five-county region better understand the forces that shape our daily lives, and strengthen our ability to work together for change.
The Centers new report, Flight or Fight: Metropolitan Phila and its Future, is a frank assessment of this regions growth over the last 30 years and the impact on our communities. Nowak, President of The Reinvestment Fund, and Thornburgh, Executive Director of the PA Economy League, will summarize the reports bleak assessment of our region and offer a regional agenda for change.
