Join us for a breakfast discussion on how the city schools are changing under the new management structure followed by an (optional) van tour led by Phila. Citizens for Children & Youth of some of these schools to see the changes first hand. Tour departs at 9:30 and will return to the White Dog by noon.
The Child Watch concept was developed by the Children’s Defense Fund. Locally, the program was initiated by the White Dog Cafe and Phila. Citizens for Children & Youth.
