White Dog Cafe Foundation/Fair Food Event Jubilee Chocolate Tasting Saturday, March 20th, 2pm – 4pm Join the Fair Food Project as we learn about chocolate and chocolate making from the experts at Jubilee Chocolates. We will have the opportunity to taste the seven delicious truffles that Jubilee makes and varieties of raw chocolate that they use in their Chocolate making. As a bonus, we will also learn the stories behind the names of their chocolates, such as Drew Elementary School Garden Mint. Jubilee Chocolates, based right here in Philly, began creating all-natural gourmet chocolates in September, 2000. They are committed to making fine, French-style chocolates using fresh cream from a nearby farm and sustainably grown local flavors.
