13th Annual Mural Arts Tour by Trolley Saturday, April 27, 2002, 9:30am 9:30 - 10am Meet at the White Dog for a breakfast of coffee & scones. 10:00 Leave promptly at 10am for a 2-hr. tour by trolley of outstanding wall murals. 12:00 Return to the White Dog Cafe for lunch and a discussion with Jane Golden, Artistic Director of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, on the importance of murals to both community pride and development. $40 by trolley includes muffins & coffee, lunch, tax & tip, tour and contribution to the Mural Arts Program.
