The Lives of Service Dogs

Jennifer Kriesel, of Canine Partners for Life, trains service dogs to be lifetime friends, and support for people with physical disabilities. Staff and recipients will tell their stories as their dogs demonstrate how they help people get dressed, pay for groceries and other ways they increase independence and quality of life.

Storytellings

Storytelling night provides the opportunity to hear the life stories of a variety of peoples and gives voice to underrepresented groups such as ex-offenders, senior citizens, gays, youth, immigrants and homeless people. They also provide a forum to exchange perspectives at a personal level on experiences such as war, civil rights marches, parenting issues, and illness.

For reservations for à la carte dinner 6pm, and/or Storytelling at 7:30, call 215-386-9224. (Preferential seating given to those dining; remaining seats available to those with reservation for storytelling only.) Singles welcome at group tables.
