Cancer and Diet:
How Not to Dig Your Grave with Your Fork

Monday, July 16, 6pm

with Susan Silberstein.

Susan Silberstein is the executive director of the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education in Wynnewood, PA, which she founded in l977 following the death of her husband from cancer at the age of 31. Silberstein contends that eating to prevent cancer isn’t so much about what foods to give up - it’s about what foods to include. Drawing support from current cancer research, she will talk about foods that boost immunity, the paleolithic diet, phytonutrients, acid/alkaline balance, and more. Our dinner menu will be especially chosen to reflect the dietary principles Silberstein promotes.
