Special Dinner

America Artisan Chese Dinner
with Jeff Roberts

Monday, October 29, 6:00 pm

Enjoy outstanding American Aritisan cheeses used in a special four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Andy Brown. Discussion will be led by Jeff Roberts, whose Atlas of American Artisan Cheese, the first reference book of its kind, highlights more than 350 of the best small-scale cheese makers in the country, capturing America’s local genius for artisan cheese: a capacity for adaptation, experimentation, and innovation, while following old-world artisanship. Jeff helped establish the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese at the University of Vermont. He is a national director of Slow Food USA. Signed copies of his book will be available following dinner.
