Enjoy a dinner harvested from local family farms and urban gardens, served with specially paired local wines and locally distributed spirits. Each course of organic produce and humanely raised meat will be introduced by a farmer who supplies the White Dog. Farms include Branch Creek Farm, Green Meadow Farm, and Greystone Farm.
Eric and Lee Miller from Chaddsford Winery will discuss their award-winning, locally grown wines from the Brandywine Valley. Sam and Mariah Calagione from Dogfish Head will tell us about their locally distilled spirits. And John Doyle from Jubilee Chocolates will be on hand to talk about his locally handcrafted chocolates that will be served after dinner.
