Enjoy a dinner harvested from family farms, served with specially paired wines. Each course will feature one of the farmers who supply White Dog Cafe. Farmers Glenn Brendle of Green Meadow Farms, Bill Elkins of Buck Run Farm, and Joe and Angela Evans of Oley Valley Mushrooms will speak as each course is served.
For more than 25 years Chaddsford Winery, the region’s premier winemakers, have been producing world class wines exclusively with locally grown grapes. In celebration of their 25th anniversay, the winery’s founder and winemaker Eric Miller, recognized as a top producer of American regional wine, will introduce his wines with each course.
