James Barrett, Co-Owner of Metropolitan Bakery, will lead a hands-on workshop in old-world bread baking techniques. Participants will learn how to make sourdough starter, knead dough and shape it into loaves, breadsticks and rolls. Kevin von Klause, Executive Chef/Partner at the White Dog Cafe will demonstrate how to make Focaccia toppings and bread salad.

$40 includes instruction, class materials & light refreshments.
