“Veterans’ Stories”

Monday, November 8, 7:30pm

with Mike Stine, Vietnam Veteran and chaplain educator at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in DC, where the majority of wounded solders from Iraq and Afghanistan are being treated. Stine will be joined by Iraq war veterans and families to share their stories and experiences.

Storytellings

Storytelling night provides the opportunity to hear the life stories of a variety of peoples and gives voice to underrepresented groups such as ex-offenders, senior citizens, gays, youth, immigrants and homeless people. They also provide a forum to exchange perspectives at a personal level on experiences such as war, civil rights marches, parenting issues, and illness.

For reservations for à la carte dinner 6pm, and/or Storytelling at 7:30, call 215-386-9224. (Preferential seating given to those dining; remaining seats available to those with reservation for storytelling only.) Singles welcome at group tables.
