Child Watch Reality Tour: The Peace School with Laura Richlin, Program Coordinator Thursday, November 9, 10am - 1pm Meet at the school, 7500 Germantown Ave (New Covenant Campus) Completing its first year, The Parkway Northwest High School for Peace and Social Justice provides new models for developing conflict resolution skills, learning about peace-making in the world, and creating a positive school environment. Richlin will lead a tour of the school and talk about its unique programs and activities. After the tour, the group will enjoy a White Dog box lunch with some students and staff of the Peace School. The Child Watch concept was developed by the Children’s Defense Fund. Locally, the program was initiated by the White Dog Cafe and Phila. Citizens for Children & Youth.
