Whats Really Happening in Iraq
with Johanna Berrigan, Gael Murphy & Linda Panetta

Over the last five years, Johanna Berrigan has led a number of human rights delegations to Iraq through her work with Voices in the Wilderness. Her experiences in Iraq follows her work as a physicians assistant, as co-founder of a medical clinic in Philadelphia offering free heath care to those in need, as well as co-founder of House of Grace Catholic Workers House in Philadelphia.
CODEPINK Women for Peace co-creator Gael Murphy is a public health specialist who has worked predominantly in third world countries. Gael is involved in setting up the international Occupation Watch Center in Baghdad which monitors, among other issues, human rights abuses under occupation and the role of foreign companies in Iraq and advocates for the Iraqis right to control their own resources, especially oil. She will share with us her video footage of her trips to Iraq.
Linda Panetta, a photojournalist and Director of the SOA Watch North-East, has traveled extensively through Latin America, Afghanistan and Iraq to promote human rights. She will share her photos and experiences from recent trips in Iraq.

Table Talk Reservations
Table Talks at 6pm include a three course dinner, followed by speaker and discussion from 7:30-9pm. $35 per person, includes tax and gratuity. Cash bar. Senior citizens (over 65) and full-time students $25 with advance notification.
Student Stand By Policy: Students can call (215) 386-9224 between 4 - 5:30pm on event days for available seating at 6pm for dinner ($15) or to attend the discussion only at 7:30 (free).
Please call (215) 386-9224 for reservations before sending payment. Advance payment required by giving a credit card over the phone or sending a check. Single reservations are welcome at Table Talks where you'll be seated at a group table. Vegetarian dishes are always offered.
