"The concept behind the market menu is to showcase fresh, local ingredients that are available that week. These ingredients usually come from neighboring farms in NJ and PA. After selecting the ingredients that are the most exciting, I try to create a menu that has enough variety to entice most of our patrons. This is why the menu has two options per course, to add some fun and versatility. It's also a great way for people to come in and sample multiple dishes at a reasonable price."
